We are looking for a communication designer to create striking visual communication for all our products and brands
Communication Designer
Introduction
Railway is a close-knit team of entrepreneurial makers, dedicated to help solve some of our time’s biggest challenges. We build lightweight startups with heavyweight impact, leveraging untapped assets in established industries. Our backbone is human-centric design, and we value long-term sustainability over short-term financial gains.
Your role
We want the world to know about the products we create.
As a communication designer you will have the responsibility to create awareness and excitement across all our products and brands. In your role you will be creating striking visual communication to break through the noise in social media and more traditional marketing channels.
We expect you to be someone that has the skills to create great visual communication, with a solid understanding of the design craft. If you have some basic experience with marketing this is considered a plus.
In Railway you will be part of a small team, and have a big say in the start-ups we create. To be successful in this role you need initiative, and a love for making things, as this is the foundation for all us here in Railway.
Your qualifications
-
You have experience working with digital design and feel confident to create a coherent visual language for our brands
-
You are familiar with, or willing to learn, the basics of marketing in digital and traditional channels
-
Social media is your second home, and you are prepared to take over our Instagram, Facebook and the like
-
You have a passion for products and great design, and you love to be around people with the same passion
-
You speak, or are currently learning, Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
-
Most importantly: You want to learn every day and shape the future of our products and brands together with us
